About measures for radical enhancement of legal and institutional system of consumer protection

2. Approve:

The program of measures in the field of consumer protection and regulation of the advertizing market for 2019-2020 according to appendix No. 2.

4. Provide to Committee on development of the competition and consumer protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Committee) the right:

a) conduct test purchases of goods and services in points of retail trade and rendering services, the organization of their examination (testing) regarding compliance to the consumer protection law;

b) carry out studying of observance of the rights of consumers in case of receipt of statements and claims of consumers;

c) perform (without intervention in financial and economic activities) subjects of entrepreneurship in the presence of the facts of violation of the law about consumer protection and advertizing;

d) in case of identification of cases of realization to consumers of goods (works, services) with violation of expiration dates, storages and services of goods:

introduce to state bodies, the organizations, organizations and the companies, irrespective of pattern of ownership, and also to individual entrepreneurs, within the powers instructions, obligatory for execution, about elimination of violations of the law about consumer protection and advertizing;

direct materials to authorized bodies in the presence of signs of violations of the law about consumer protection and advertizing, and also to relevant organs and the organizations for the solution of question of suspension, the termination (cancellation) of action of licenses (allowing documents) for implementation of the corresponding type of activity;
