1. This Procedure determines the creation purpose, structure, the procedure and requirements concerning functioning and information access of single state electronic geographic information system in the field of subsurface use (further - single geographic information system), the procedure of electronic information exchange of single geographic information system with other electronic information resources.
2. In this Procedure terms are used in the following sense:
authorization - the electronic procedure of establishment of access rights to different subsystems and software modules of single geographic information system depending on user ID of electronic office of single geographic information system;
the administrator and the technical administrator of single geographic information system - the companies and/or the companies determined by the holder of single geographic information system which treat the sphere of its management or concerning which he performs powers on management of corporate laws of the state (including its affiliated enterprises);
