No. 8, Article 1521, 2018, No. 8, Article 1677, 2022, No. 4, Article 305, No. 5, Article 471, No. 9, Article 1028, the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 2050 of March 3, 2023):

1. By the "Provision on Tariff (price) council of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by this Decree:

1.1. In Item 4.1 of the word of "the central executive bodies" shall be replaced with words "state bodies (organizations)";

1.2. In Item 4.5 after the word of "bodies" to add the word of "(organizations)";

1.3. In subsection 4.10.1 to replace the word "eight" with the word "nine".
