1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2012 No. 137 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out mandatory engineering supervision and amounts of check of technical condition of vehicles, the technical description and sample of the protocol of check of technical condition of the vehicle" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 16, Art. 581; 2016, No. 3, Art. 171; 2017, No. 24, Page 685; 2019, No. 12, Art. 416; 2022, No. 70, the Art. 4223) and of May 31, 2012 No. 512 "About approval of the Procedure for forming of the nation-wide database about results of mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles, access to it and establishments of the amount of payment for provision of such services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 44, Art. 1700; 2016, No. 3, Art. 171; 2017, No. 24, Art. 685; 2019, No. 12, the Art. 416) the enclosed changes.

2. Determine that the forms of protocols of check of technical condition of the vehicle received by subjects of carrying out mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles before entry into force of this resolution are used to their complete expenditure.

3. This resolution becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication.
