According to articles 35 and 52-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for forming of the nation-wide database about results of mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles, access to it and establishments of the amount of payment for provision of such services which is applied.

2. Provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs creation and functioning of the nation-wide database about results of mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles.

Procedure for forming of the nation-wide database about results of mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles, access to it and establishments of the amount of payment for provision of such services

1. The nation-wide database about results of mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles (the nation-wide database is farther) is component of the Unified state register of vehicles.

The nation-wide database consists of such registers as the register of results of mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles and the register of the signed agreements of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles which are subject to mandatory engineering supervision (further - the register of insurance contracts).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the following value:

users of nation-wide base of data - authorized officers of subjects of the nation-wide database which are in accordance with the established procedure granted the appropriate rights of access to the nation-wide database;
