According to the subitem 83) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607, I ORDER:
1. Approve Rules of registration, issue, replacement, delivery, withdrawal and destruction of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the identity certificate of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the residence permit of the foreigner in the Republic of Kazakhstan, certificates of the stateless person and the travel document (further - Rules) according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
