About modification of the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities
In соответствиис paragraph one of part one of article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities", "About the prices and pricing" I order to part two of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Bring in the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities, the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the order of May 16, 2011 No. 45, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 01, 2011 at No. 651/19389 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of March 23, 2012 No. 122), the following changes:
Item 7 to state 1) in the following edition:
"7. The construction cost of objects (except highways public) is determined according to estimate norms and standard rates by pricing in construction.
The construction cost, reconstruction, repair of highways public is determined according to Rules of cost determination of construction, reconstruction, repair and content of the highways public approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of May 02, 2022 No. 273, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 17, 2022 at No. 527/37863";
2) in subitem 16.1 of Item 16:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"Estimate documentation (except estimate documentation on construction, reconstruction, repair of highways public) is signed according to the requirements established by estimate norms and standard rates concerning pricing";
add with the new paragraph of the following content:
