About approval of the technical regulation about safety of remedies of plants (pesticides)
According to the subitem 5) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About protection of plants" and the subitem 1) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About technical regulation" I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed technical regulation about safety of remedies of plants (pesticides).
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 8, 2020 No. 197 "About approval of the technical regulation about safety of remedies of plants (pesticides)" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 20848).
3. To provide to committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
