2) amount of money, subject to providing with the bank guarantee for the tour operators and tour operators freighters performing activities in the field of outbound tourism according to appendix 2 to this order;
3) amount of money, subject to transfer to the bank account opened especially for the administrator of system of guaranteeing the rights of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of outbound tourism according to appendix 3 to this order.
2. To provide to committee of the industry of tourism of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within three working days after its enforcement placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
