According to the subitem 2) of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About identity documents" and with the subitem 69) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1118 I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) Rules of registration, issue, replacement, delivery, withdrawal and destruction of the certificate on return according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) certificate sample on return and requirements to its protection according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on accomplishment of the actions provided in subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
