1. Approve the enclosed list of the financial instruments permitted to acquisition at the expense of the pension assets of the single accumulation pension fund which are in trust management of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after day of its first official publication and extends to the relations which arose since July 1, 2023.
