Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 26, 2021 No. 2050 "About approval of Rules of implementation of accreditation in national accreditation system, Rules of holding procedure of confirmation of competence of accredited person, Rules of modification of the information about accredited person containing in the register of accredited persons and provided by Items 7 and 8 of part 1 of article 21 of the Federal law "About Accreditation in National Accreditation System", Rules of consideration of the application of accredited person about cancellation of accreditation and acceptance by national authority on accreditation of the decision on accreditation cancellation, about change and recognition voided some acts and separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 49, the Art. 8239).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2024, except for paragraphs two and the third subitem "an" of Item 1 and paragraphs two and the third subitem "b" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
