1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 31, 2014 No. 860 "About approval of Rules of operating by material values of the state material reserve":

in the Rules of operating by material values of the state material reserve approved by the specified resolution:

"58-1. The amount of the material values which remained stored after release according to the procedure of razbronirovaniye makes at least fifty percent from the level provided by the nomenclature.
