About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture and information policy of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in Regulations on the Ministry of Culture and information policy of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 16, 2019 No. 885 "Some questions of activities of the Ministry of Culture and information policy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 88, Art. 2942; 2020, No. 28, Art. 1017, No. 79, Art. 2561; 2021, No. 74, the Art. 4635), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of Culture and information policy of Ukraine

1. In paragraph three of Item 1 of the word "television and broadcasting" to replace with the word of "media".

2. In the subitem 3 of Item 3 of the word "television and broadcasting" shall be replaced with words "media, in particular concerning media literacy".

3. In item 4:

To replace 1) in subitems 6 and 9 of the word "television and broadcasting" with the word of "media";

Subitems 75 and 129 to exclude 2);

3) in subitem 131 of the word "the methodical and practical help to mass media" shall be replaced with words "to subjects in the field of media the methodical and practical help";

137, 142 and 143 words of "mass media" in all cases shall be replaced with words 4) in subitems "subjects in the field of media" in the corresponding case;

To replace 5) in subitem 150 of the word of "media" with the word of "media".

4. In the subitem 9 of Item 5 of the word of "mass media" shall be replaced with words "subjects in the field of media".
