Make change to Item 8 of the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on construction, repair and other technical actions for protection of objects of critical infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector of critical infrastructure approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2022 No. 1482 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 4, of the Art. 310, No. 14, of the Art. 891), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case of need for cutting down of trees and bushes on the parcels of land of forestry and landscape appointment used for the purposes determined by this Procedure, special permission to use of forest resources is issued by owners of the woods or permanent forest users according to the address of the customer of works (services) in construction, repair and other technical actions for protection of objects of critical infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector of critical infrastructure based on the approval provided according to the paragraph to the second this Item.".
