1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructure and the State agency of highways concerning implementation till December 31, 2024 of the pilot project on construction, repair and other technical actions for protection of objects of critical infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector of critical infrastructure (further - the pilot project).
2. Approve the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on construction, repair and other technical actions for protection of objects of critical infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector of critical infrastructure which is applied.
3. Determine that in case of implementation of the pilot project are not applied:
1) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 "About approval of the Procedure for public financing of capital construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, the Art. 2374);
2) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 13, 2013 No. 835 "About approval of the Procedure for selection of investment projects for which implementation the state support" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, is provided 2013, to No. 90, by Art. 3321; 2018, No. 1, Art. 13);
