1. Approve the Procedure for selection of investment projects for which implementation the state support which is applied is provided.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 13, 2010 No. 860 "Questions of preparation and selection of investment projects for which realization in real production sector the state support" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, is provided 2010, to No. 71, by the Art. 2560).

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of selection of investment projects for which implementation according to part one of article 12-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About investing activities" the state support is provided (further - selection), the list of documents which are filed for selection and selection criteria and determinations of form of provision of the state support.
2. Selection is performed by tender committees which are formed by the central public authorities, the investment projects making decisions on provision of the state support for realization in certain direction and within amount, determined in the government budget for the corresponding year (further - responsible bodies).
The number of representatives of responsible body in tender committee makes no more than a half of its structure.
