I ORDER:
1. Approve the State republican register of subjects of the natural and permitted monopolies of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2007 which are subject to regulation by the National agency on the antimonopoly policy and development of the competition according to appendix.
2. To department of the complex analysis and information support till March 1, 2007 to take measures for publication in mass media of the State republican register of subjects of the natural and permitted monopolies for 2007.
3. To department of regulation of monopolies and department of the prices and rates till 5 days after publication to inform business entities about inclusion them in the State republican register and to take measures for their regulation.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the secretary of state Sultanbekov S. U. and deputy director Aytbayev A. K.
