1) to lead procedures of carrying out obligatory certification of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it in a month, and also the products, structurally similar to weapon, included in the List, in compliance with this resolution;

2) to perform obligatory certification of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it, and also the products, structurally similar to weapon, included in the List according to the Procedure for carrying out obligatory certification of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it, and also products, structurally similar to weapon;

3) to organize and record forms of certificates of conformity, appendices, copies of certificates of conformity and holographic brands with the image of mark of conformity;

4) quarterly, to the 5th following the accounting period to provide to authorized body on technical regulation the register of the issued certificates of conformity, information on cases of violation of mandatory requirements of safety from applicants.

3. To the interested state bodies in six-months time to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.

1. General provisions

1. This Procedure establishes procedures of carrying out obligatory certification (further - certification) civil and office weapon and cartridges to it, and also the products, structurally similar to weapon, made in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, imported on the territory of the republic and exported from the republic.

2. For the purposes of this Procedure the terms and their determinations established in the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About weapon" and "About technical regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic are used".
