1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for demolition of shabby, dangerous structures and constructions in the territory of settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 13, 2009 No. 518 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for demolition of shabby, dangerous structures and constructions in the territory of settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with the Section III-I of the following content:
"III-I. Procedure for recognition of social capital construction projects shabby, emergency, unsuitable for operation and subject to demolition
25-1. This Section establishes procedure for recognition of objects of culture, health care, education (further - capital construction projects) emergency and subject to demolition for the purpose of decision making about complex development of the territory with construction of social objects at the initiative of the relevant ministry, department or local government body.
Action of this Section does not extend to objects of historical and cultural heritage.
