For the purpose of establishment of single procedure for reference of buildings, including residential buildings and premises in apartment houses and other structures, to category unsuitable for accommodation and operation in case of the solution of question of demolition, capital repairs, reconstruction, upgrade or re-equipment and fulfillment of requirements on safety of life and human health the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for demolition of shabby, dangerous structures and constructions.

2. This Resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2010 after its official publication.

I. General provisions

1. This Regulations on procedure for demolition of shabby, dangerous structures and constructions (further - the Provision) are developed according to the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About town planning and architecture" and "About local self-government and local public administration".

2. This Provision:

- regulates interaction of state bodies and local government bodies on demolition of shabby, dangerous structures and constructions irrespective of pattern of ownership;
