1. Make changes to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 20, 2009 No. 108 "About approval of the Regulations on temporary administration of the insurer" (рег. No. 2058 of December 22, 2009) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 52, the Art. 582) according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the order "About Approval of the Regulations on Temporary Administration of the Insurer"

1. From preamble of the order of the word" (2002, Art. No. 4-5, 68)" to exclude sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. In the Provision:

a) to exclude from preamble of the word "according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan " about insurance activity " (sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, Art. No. 4-5, 68)";

b) In Item 3 of the word "The Ministries of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Further — the Ministry of Finance)" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - authorized state body)".
