About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 21, 2012 No. 248 "About approval of Rules of guaranteeing the educational loans granted by the financial organizations".

2. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 20, 2021 No. 253 "About approval of the state educational order on training of specialists with the higher and postgraduate education, and also technical and professional, postsecondary education in the organizations of education financed from the republican budget (except for the organizations of education performing training of specialists for Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other troops and military forming, and also special state bodies), for 2021 - 2022, 2022 - 2023, 2023 - 2024 academic years".
