About realization of parts 4 and 5 of article 183 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of realization of parts 4 and 5 of article 183 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision of privileges on the income tax, the VAT and the sales tax for the goods, works and services realized by the organizations having national and/or state and/or investment value according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
