According to subitems 66) and 98) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2017 No. 81, I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the Standard charter of the center of labor mobility according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the Standard provision of career center according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Standard regulations on regional commission concerning employment of the population according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) Standard regulations on the district (city) commission on questions of employment of the population according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders and structural elements of some orders of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 5 to this order.

3. To provide to department of employment of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
