THE ORDER OF THE DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER - THE MINISTER OF TRADE AND INTEGRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

According to Item 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of interaction of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of conducting the investigations preceding application of trade measures and died for safety reasons the third party concerning the goods coming from the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to department of foreign trade activity of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
