About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2002 No. 608 and of October 21, 2015 No. 835 and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2002 No. 608 "About procedure for delivery of obligatory copies of documents" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 19, Art. 965; 2014, No. 89, Art. 2551; 2015, No. 86, the Art. 2881) and of October 21, 2015 No. 835 "About approval of the Regulations on the data sets which are subject to promulgation in the form of open data" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 85, Art. 2850; 2021, No. 35, the Art. 2064) the enclosed changes.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for the purpose of accomplishment of the functions provided by the Law of Ukraine "About media" transfer to National council concerning television and broadcasting of the database of the State register of printing mass media and news agencies as subjects of information activities.
