About approval of the Regulations on approval procedure and registration of the price of the producer for drugs

Based on part (3) article 20 of the Law No. 1456/1993 on pharmaceutical activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 59-61, 200), with subsequent changes, and article 6-1 of the Law No. 1409/1997 on drugs (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 52-53, 368), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on approval procedure and registration of the price of the producer for drugs it (is applied).

2. To provide to the agency on drugs and medical products:

1) approval and registration of the prices of the producer for drugs;

2) creation and administration of the National price catalog of the producer on drugs.

3. Quarterly and as required to represent to Customs Service to the Agency on drugs and medical products information on quantity and cost of the drugs imported to the Republic of Moldova.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 525/2010 about approval of the Regulations on approval procedure and registration of the prices of the producer for drugs (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 105-106, 582), with subsequent changes.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
