Being guided by Item the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES:
1. In the third and fifth paragraphs of part II "Procedure for execution of agreements and creation of documents on airborne transportations according to international treaties which the Azerbaijan Republic, and the legislation", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the resolution of June 11, 2007 No. 94 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 6, Article 699 joined; 2011, No. 4, Article 373; 2016, No. 12, Article 2221; 2017, No. 9, Article 1749; 2019, No. 1, Articles 158, 166, No. 12, Article 2105; 2020, No. 3, Article 371, No. 9, Article 1238) to state in the following edition:
- "air terminal - the main building or complex of the constructions intended for registration of passengers on commercial transportations and their landings in aircrafts and also for registration of loads and their loading in aircrafts;
- baggage - the personal belongings of passengers and crew members transported in salon or cargo section of the aircraft from approval of airline;".
