About approval of the Procedure for execution of agreements and creation of documents on airborne transportations according to agreements in as which party the Azerbaijan Republic, and to the legislation acts

For the purpose of providing Item 1.18 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About aircraft" of August 30, 2005 the No. 284 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Procedure for execution of agreements and creation of documents on airborne transportations according to agreements in which the Azerbaijan Republic acts as the party and to the legislation" it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Procedure for execution of agreements and creation of documents on airborne transportations according to agreements in as which party the Azerbaijan Republic, and to the legislation acts

I. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure is prepared for the purpose of enhancement of system of the organization of airborne transportations and establishes methods of execution of agreements, creation of documents for implementation of airborne transportations according to international treaties in as which party the Azerbaijan Republic, and to the legislation, and also requirements to airlines (carriers) having rights to transport passengers, baggage, load, and to other objects of civil aviation of the Azerbaijan Republic involved in this process acts.
