1. In Item 3 appendices to the Procedure for application of financial sanctions, the stipulated in Article 17 Laws of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, the liquids used in electronic cigarettes and fuel", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 2, 2003 No. 790 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 23, Art. 1038; 2015, No. 102, Art. 3513; 2021 rivers, No. 29, of the Art. 1638) shall be replaced with words words of "payment orders" "payment instructions".
2. In Regulations on production, storage, sale of brands of the excise tax and marking of the alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes, No. 1251 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, Art. 35; 2013, No. 24, Art. 808; 2014, No. 81, Art. 2287; 2018, No. 84, Art. 2768; 2020, No. 17, Art. 675, No. 89, Art. 2891):
