1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of payment of additional paid leave and provision of the immediate compensation on improvement paid along with the additional paid leave to the citizens who were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP;

The rule of the provision of monthly monetary compensation in indemnification caused to health in connection with radiative effects owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and which entailed disability irrespective of extent of disability (without disability establishment);

Rules of preserving average earnings for training in new professions and employment to the citizens evacuated and moved (moved), and also who came out in voluntary procedure to the new residence from the territory of separate zones of radioactive pollution owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP;

Rules of provision of supplementary benefit to the citizens who are constantly living in the territory of zone of radioactive pollution owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP and registered in accordance with the established procedure as the unemployed;
