About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1175 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for activities of the Commission on questions of information access".

2. Item of 11 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, No. 353 "Some questions of the Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 16, 2016.

3. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 8, 2018 No. 333 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1175 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for activities of the Commission on questions of information access".
