Approve the enclosed list of separate types of goods to which from October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2027 quantitative restrictions on import from the foreign states and the territories making concerning the Russian Federation, the Russian legal entities and physical persons unfriendly actions according to the list determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 14 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2022 No. 95 "About temporary procedure for obligation fulfillment before some foreign creditors" on the territory of the Russian Federation inclusive can be applied.

2. Determine that restrictions on the goods provided by the list approved by this resolution do not extend:

on the goods imported from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;

on the goods imported when implementing their transit international motor transportations and transit international rail haulings through the territory of the Russian Federation into the third countries;

on the goods imported by physical persons for private use.
