About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning public purchases

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning public purchases the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except subitems 1-33, of paragraphs two, the third, fifth subitem 34 of Item 2 and the subitem 2 Items of 3 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since September 1, 2023.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning public purchases

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2016 No. 166 "About approval of the Procedure for functioning of electronic purchasing system and carrying out authorization of electronic platforms" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 22, the Art. 855, No. 54, Art. 1891; 2019, No. 66, Art. 2258; 2022, No. 84, Art. 5176):

1) in introductory part of the resolution of the word and figures "Items 1, 3 parts one of Article 1 and the paragraph of the fifteenth of part three" shall be replaced with words "parts seven";

2) according to the procedure of functioning of electronic purchasing system and carrying out authorization of electronic platforms, approved by the specified resolution:
