1. Bring in appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2022 No. 1466 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and quotas for 2023" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 4, of the Art. 309, No. 57, of the Art. 3191), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2022 No. 1466

2. To state item 4 of notes to appendix in the following edition:

"4. Export licensing of goods of goods item 1701 according to UKTVED is entered till September 15, 2023.

Consideration of requests for receipt of export licenses of the goods specified in this Item of notes is performed according to the procedure, the established Ministry of Economics.

Issue of export licenses of goods of goods item 1701 according to UKTVED is performed based on requests for receipt of export licenses of such goods to Romania and based on the approvals submitted by Minagropolitiki within one-day term without involvement of the subject of foreign economic activity according to the procedure of interdepartmental exchange of information.".
