1. This Procedure determines the procedure of acquisition of the status of self-regulatory organization in the field of energy efficiency of buildings (further - self-regulatory organization).
2. Non-profitable voluntary merging of physical persons and/or legal entities in the direction of economic or professional activity in the field of energy efficiency (further - the applicant) acquires the status of self-regulatory organization from the moment of its registration of Minrazvitiya according to this Procedure.
3. The applicant intending to acquire the status of self-regulatory organization shall correspond to the criteria determined by part four of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About energy efficiency of buildings" (further - the Law).
