About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with harmonization of the national legal system of the Republic of Uzbekistan with agreements of the World Trade Organization

cancellation of collection for customs clearance in the amount of percent 1,2 from customs value when importing medicines and products of medical appointment since January 1, 2025.
2. To the ministry of investments, industry and trade, the Ministry of Economics and finance to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on:
automation (digitalization) of process of licensing for commodity import till October 1, 2023;
to alternative sources of financing of accomplishment of the corresponding tasks in connection with cancellation of collection for customs clearance in the amount of percent 1,2 from customs value when importing medicines and products of medical appointment till January 1, 2024;
to reduction of system of issue of subsidy for compensation of transportation expenses in compliance with requirements of the World Trade Organization till January 1, 2024.
3. To the Ministry of Economics and finance, to Customs committee till November 1, 2023 to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on unification of rates of the customs fees levied for registration of goods in customs regimes "export" and "import" according to requirements of the World Trade Organization.
