2. In the Single algorithm of forming of digital code of the model charter of limited liability company determined in appendix to the Procedure for functioning of the portal of electronic services of the legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming which do not have the status of the legal entity approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 23, 2016 No. 784/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2016 at No. 427/28557:
1) in the Section "Governing Bodies of Society, Their Competence, Procedure for Adoption of Decisions by Them":
