About approval of Changes in Regulations on the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance in connection with optimization of system of provision of free legal assistance
According to part five of article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About free legal assistance" I ORDER:
1. Approve the Change in Regulations on the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 2, 2012 No. 967/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 3, 2012 at No. 1091/21403 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of May 24, 2016 No. 1487/5) which are applied.
2. To management of justice and punitive justice (Oleynik A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine Banchuk A.
