About introduction of amendments to the order "About approval of the National standard of tax consultation (No. NSNK 5) "Requirements to the organization of internal control of quality of work of tax consultants"

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About activities for tax consultation" I order:

1. Make changes to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 19, 2017 No. 135 "About approval of the National standard of tax consultation (No. NSNK 5) "Requirements to the organization of internal control of quality of work of tax consultants" (рег. No. 2940 of September 19, 2017) (The national database of the legislation, 25.10.2017, No. 10/17/2940/0177) according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the order "About approval of the national standard of tax consultation (No. NSNK 5) "Requirements to the organization of internal control of quality of work of tax consultants"

1. In preamble of the order of the word "article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About tax consultation" shall be replaced with words "article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About activities for tax consultation".

2. "According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About tax consultation" to exclude from preamble of appendix of the word.
