About introduction of amendments to article 27 of the Law on permission of accomplishment of construction works No. 163/2010
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 27 of the Law on permission of accomplishment of construction works No. 163/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 155-158, 549), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
in part (the words "and not exceeding 50 lei." shall be replaced with words 2) ", determined according to the methodology approved by the Government.";
in part (the words "and not exceeding 100 lei." shall be replaced with words 3) ", determined according to the methodology approved by the Government.".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective after four months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in four-months time from the date of publication of this law:
a) bring the regulations into accord with it;
b) approve method of calculation of rates for issue of the town-planning certificate and permission to construction/demolition.
