ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

of May 31, 2023 No. 328

About approval of the List of agricultural and food products

Based on part (4) article 21-14 of the Law No. 231/2010 on domestic trade (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 230-237, 262), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the List of agricultural and food products it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 113/2021 about approval of the List of the foodstuff coming from short food chain (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 175-179, 188).

3. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
