About distribution in the pilot mode of payments on the salary through government electronic payment service (MPay) and about modification of the Order of the Government No. 712/2020 about government electronic payment service (MPay)

No. 441-447, 715), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Establish distribution period in the pilot mode of payments on the salary through government electronic payment service (MPay) till December 31, 2023.

2. Within distribution stage the following bodies of public management and public organizations participate in the pilot mode of payments on the salary through government electronic payment service (MPay):

1) since July 1, 2023 - public organization "Agency of Electronic Control";

2) since August 1, 2023:

a) Public organization "Service of Information Technologies and Cybernetic Safety";

b) General inspectorate of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, except for territorial subdivisions;

c) General inspectorate of Boundary police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, except for subordinated regional divisions;

d) General inspectorate of carabineers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, except for subordinated regional divisions;

e) General inspectorate on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, except for territorial authorities;

3) since September 1, 2023:

a) Secretariat of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova;

b) State office and central offices of the ministries;

c) public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship";

d) public institution "Center of information technologies in finance";

e) Customs Service.
