Based on part (2) article 17-8 of the Law No. 1100/2000 on production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 126, the Art. 197), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on evaluation procedure of organoleptic indicators of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products by the organoleptic analysis it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 1068/2013 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and assessment procedure of quality of alcoholic products by organoleptic method (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 315-319, 1178), with subsequent changes.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry.
4. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
