About introduction of amendments to the Air code of Ukraine concerning activities of aircraft of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Air code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. 48-49, 536) such changes:

1. In Article 1 part one:

in Item 30 of the word "shall be replaced with words the bodies of National police, the central executive bodies implementing "" Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, National police of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the central executive body implementing";

in Item 31 of the word "in bodies of National police" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, National police of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine".

2. In paragraph three of part four of Article 4 of the word "bodies of National police" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, National police of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication, except Item 2 of this Section which becomes effective from the date of, the publication of this Law following behind day.

2. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
