1. Approve the enclosed Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. To the state company "National Information Systems" (Berezhnaya A.) together with Department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Kiselyov M.) to take measures for ensuring implementation of this order.
3. To management of justice and punitive justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Oleynik A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the Changes approved by this order which becomes effective at the same time with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of April 10, 2023 No. 3022-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of access to free legal aid".
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine concerning executive service Gaychenko A.
