About assignment from fund of mitigation of consequences of the armed aggression
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Allocate to the State agency of recovery and development of infrastructure from fund of mitigation of consequences of the armed aggression at the expense of the source determined by Item 9 of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2023" and remaining balance of fund of mitigation of consequences of the armed aggression as of January 1, 2023 on irretrievable basis 18875280, 94 thousand hryvnias (development expenses) on the new budget program for financial provision of construction, repair and other technical actions for protection of objects of critical infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector of critical infrastructure.
The state agency of recovery and development of infrastructure is executive in charge of the new budget program.
2. Approve the list of construction objects, repair and other technical actions for protection of objects of critical infrastructure and amount of budgetary funds for their financial provision which is attached (for office use).
3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2022 No. 1482 "About implementation of the pilot project on construction, repair and other technical actions for protection of objects of critical infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector of critical infrastructure" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 4, the Art. 310) the enclosed change.
4. Determine that the funds allocated according to Item 1 of this resolution are used:
