About approval of the Minimum requirements on safety and health of the workers potentially subject to risk in explosive environments

According to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection", Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), I ORDER:

1. Approve the Minimum requirements to safety and health of workers which are potentially subject to risk in explosive environments which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of June 5, 2013 No. 317 "About approval of Requirements to employers concerning ensuring safe performance of works in potentially explosive environments", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 26, 2013 at No. 1071/23603.

3. Provide to Department of Labour and Employment in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
