About approval of Rules of maintaining and use of the information system "Single State Immovable Property Cadastre"
According to subitem 4-8) of Item 1 of Article 14 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and subitem 4-3) of article 18-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state registration of the rights to real estate" we ORDER:
1. Approve Rules of maintaining and use of the information system "Single State Immovable Property Cadastre".
2. To provide to management committee with land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-Ministers of Agriculture and justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
